How do I clean my atomizer?

For two hours, immerse your atomizer (ceramic plate side down) in one centimeter of isopropyl alcohol. Before reattaching the atomizer to your battery, let it air dry fully. You risk permanently damaging your atomizer if you attempt to poke, scratch, push, pull, or manipulate the ceramic plate in any way with a tool.View our cleaning video as well.

How do I clean my mouthpiece?

The glass mouthpiece tube should be unscrewed from the metal filter part. To clean the filter part, soak it in isopropyl alcohol for two hours. Rub the metal base and the interior and outside of the glass tube with a Q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol until clean.

Can I use my Hypnos Zero with dry herb?

No.  The Hypnos Zero is a concentrate vaporizer designed for use with extracts only.

Can I use my Hypnos Mouthpiece on Gaia?

No. The glass mouthpiece of Gaia is specifically designed to be used with Gaia only. 

Can I Use the Original Hypnos Battery with the Zero atomizer?

Yes, all parts from the Linx Hypnos line are interchangeable. 

Why does my Hypnos Zero keep flashing white?

The Hypnos Zero flashes white 10 times when the battery is depleted. Charge the battery fully before the next use. 

The battery will also flash 10 times when the power button is held for 15 seconds.  This indicates that the overheat protection feature is triggered and your device will be shut off automatically.   Press the power button 5 times to turn back on the device.

My Hypnos is not working, why is it not producing vapor?

Be sure to use stable extracts that are hard or wax-type extracts for best results; runny oils are not recommended.

Apply a tiny amount of extract (between 0.05 and 0.1 grams) to the atomizer’s bottom; remember, less is more! Do not attempt to fill the chamber! When you are done with your hit, hold down the power button while taking a breath. To draw cool air into the device, always continue inhaling for five seconds after the power button has been released.

Store it upright with the cap on when not in use. Always turn the device off when not in use to prevent accidental activation by pressing the power button five times quickly.

Can I use my own 510 battery?

Hypnos atomizers are compatible with most 510 batteries; however, some may not make a connection and might not allow for the optimal effect. 

Can I use my own 510 cartridge?

The majority of 510 atomizers are compatible with hypnos batteries; nevertheless, some may not connect and may not provide the best results.

My plate has dark marks after a few uses, is this normal?

It’s common for the plate to occasionally become dark. Your vaping experience won’t be impacted, and the device will continue to operate in the same manner. You risk permanently damaging your atomizer if you attempt to poke, scratch, push, pull, or manipulate the ceramic plate in any way with a tool.
